Full Job Description

Aspirion is a leading provider of technology enabled revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers. Recently acquired by Linden Capital, a Chicago-based middle market healthcare private equity firm, Aspirion is investing internally and inorganically in multiple acquisitions per year to better serve customers and accelerate the growth of the business.

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports an assigned group of employees located in multiple states. The HR Generalist plays a leading role in making Aspirion a great place to work and supports the daily functions of the HR department for their assigned group of employees, including but not limited to: employee relations, performance management, employee and leadership development, and rewards and recognition. The HR Generalist is also part of a larger HR team responsible for HR initiatives company-wide. This position is located in Columbus, GA and is required to be in-office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement and administer human resources policies and promote positive employee relations.

Administers and communicates human resources programs, policies, and procedures to employees and responds to inquiries.

Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Supports team and leaders in employment-related matters. Handles a wide variety of inquiries from employees and leaders.

Serves as a coach to leaders in handling day-to-day and sensitive employee-related matters.

Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Executes new hire onboarding and orientation program on a rotating basis.

Administers employee rewards and recognition programs; assists with execution of on-site employee events.

Completes off-boarding processes for assigned employee group.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.

Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience required.

SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR or other HR certification a plus.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $60,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered.
