Take on a new role within the NORC People department as we look to build, cultivate, and strengthen our employee and leadership learning and development programs across our growing organization. In this role, you will help to enhance our management and leadership development programs, design and develop learning paths and activities for professional development and consult on learning and development techniques and best practices across the organization, including with research and operation departments. Learning and innovation is an important part of NORC’s culture and product offering and you will be able to advance and influence it across the organization.
The Learning & Development Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating corporate learning and development programs aligned with the organization’s objectives and strategy. Your main focus will be in creating and facilitating innovative and engaging learning solutions of various development methods, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), blended learning and eLearning. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional with in depth experience in corporate learning and development principles and implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess creativity, design skills based on evidence backed methods, adult learning theory expertise, and experience with learning development tools. They will also have demonstrated methods for staying current with the latest instructional design and adult learning trends.
