Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Agent's Assistant with sales responsibility. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our agents while also playing a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a strong sales acumen, and be able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist agents in managing client relationships
- Answer the phones and complete policy changes
- Assist Customers with billing and payments
- Make onboarding calls to new customers
- Recognize when a product would fit a customer need
- Conduct research and compile reports on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity
- Update customer contact information
- Have needs based selling conversations
- Actively participate in sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
