Job Summary
The TANYR Corporate Trainer is responsible for helping all teams with training to take our teams to the next level. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our internal staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating and empowering others.

· Develop programs and curriculum for the employees of the organization for on-boarding and on-job training.
· Develop training materials utilizing Learning Management System(s): Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive modules, tailored to the needs of internal staff.
· Conduct training sessions: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to internal staff, both in person and virtually, covering identified topics and best practices.
· Evaluate training effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance evaluations, and other metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
· Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue cycle management to ensure training materials and methods remain current and relevant.
· Collaborate with all TANYR leadership to understand organizational needs, identify training needs, and incorporate feedback into training programs.
· Develop systems for quality review and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training.
· Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting evaluations and identifying sections where improvements are needed.
· Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions.
· Provide ongoing support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to internal staff, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing additional training as needed.
· Meet quality, productivity, individual and department goals as determined by TANYR.
· Work within specified deadlines and stressful situations.
· Understand and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and all applicable state and federal regulations and company policies.
· Responsible for professional and effective verbal and written communication with both internal and external customers.
· Work overtime as necessary to meet department goals and objectives.
· Perform other tasks or special projects as assigned or deemed necessary.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical collections, billing, and/or intake with a working knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement; home infusion experience preferred.
· Working knowledge and application of metric measurements, basic accounting practices, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding preferred.
· Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles and best practices.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
· Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs.
· Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Working knowledge and application of metric measurements, basic accounting practices, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and NDC coding preferred.
· Working knowledge of automated billing systems; experience with CPR+/CareTend/Brightree/Tebra (Kareo)/EPIC/WeInfuse/Fusebox preferred.
· Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
· Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Intermediate or Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
