General Manager
A minimum of 3 years experience operating as the General Manager in a quick service or fast casual restaurant concept with sales volumes exceeding one million dollars annually.
The Ideal Candidate will have 5 years’ experience as a Senior Level Restaurant Manager with extensive experience and knowledge of using inhouse control systems such as “Labor Cost Controls using a SPMH (Sales Per Man Hour) matrix along with a Projected Sales Productivity Chart”. Knowledge and use of an “Ideal/Theoretical Food Cost Model” and the ability to operate within the variance of the “ideal or theoretical calculation” based on the restaurant level product mix.
The candidate must demonstrate their financial knowledge, their understanding and execution using their monthly P&L Statements as the specific indicators of their understanding.
The candidate must demonstrate their ability to maintain and continuously improve their execution of all of their restaurant's operations and company procedures. The ability to improve operations must include the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction as well as sanitation and safety.
The candidate must show their ability to grow their sales, productivity and profitability year over year.
The candidate must demonstrate their knowledge and successful use of “Local Store Marketing” to increase store level sales and profitability.
The candidate must be able to become a “certified trainer”.
Job: Full Time
Pay: Up to $65,000 per year
Supplemental Pay: Bonus Program Available
