Job Description:
Rogers Market is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Store Operations to oversee all aspects of our multiple locations. Reporting directly to the President of Rogers Market, this pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in retail management and a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
· Direct all aspects of Rogers Market locations, encompassing both store and kitchen operations.
· Supervise the Regional Kitchen Manager and Regional Retail Manager, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to company standards.
· Uphold exceptional customer service standards throughout all locations.
· Oversee scheduling, labor budgets, and sales forecasts to optimize operational efficiency.
· Develop and monitor store budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
· Cultivate and maintain positive vendor relationships to ensure quality supplies and services.
· Nurture a positive and inclusive culture within the stores.
· Manage bonus plans for retail and kitchen employees to incentivize high performance.
· Take full ownership of store operations, including P&L management.
· Develop and implement training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
· Business degree preferred.
· Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
· Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $93,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year
