Job Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Yellow Dog Inventory
- Input new items into Yellowdog for all departments
- Activate & Deactivate requested items
- Input approved Vendor price and Retail price changes
- Create recipes for Marketplace and Production
- Assist in the reconciliation of monthly transfers for all locations
- Ensure all menu items are active in the POS with the correct SKU and UPC
- Assists in launching trouble tickets with QCOM software and device support (IT)
- Create inventories as needed for all departments and email the manager of each department, and inform them that the inventory has been generated
- Work with IC to audit the finished inventory.
- Committing and auditing loss forms
- Use communications skills through phone, email or in person meetings with various deparmtne heads, managers, and employees to provide instructions for tasks or to gather evidence for investigations.
- Inputs and relieves damaged or tested products from the appropriate store's inventory and takes part in Product Launches
- Conduct spot counts & investigation inventories for all departments
- Keep track of timed monthly tasks and complete them with enough time for other departments to perform their necessary associated duties.
Point of Sale
- Ensure data input into Yellowdog is properly synced to the POS Server
- Knowledge of Discount Creation/Execution within the POS
- Create and maintain Marketplace, Marketing, & Eatery Promotions
- Run Discount reports, ensuring all are active and working as intended
- Responsible for testing the POS System when new promotions are launched
- Execute item alignments of significant changes. (Renaming of items and revenue center changes will both require a realignment of items)
- Monitor POS button layout and functions
- Work closely with F&B and the Marketing departments to ensure the back end of events are set up properly. Including, but not limited to, creating special event menus on the POS, ensuring modifiers are attached to the menu items, building out any special event items, etc.
Administrative Duties
- Assist all departments with the auditing of Transfers before they are accepted into Yellow Dog
- May be required to work major public events as requested by the President. When reporting to another department for an event, you will carry out the requested responsibilities of the department manager.
- Scanning and copying documents, assisting with opening mail when needed, closing daily batches of credit card sales if the corresponding department does not do so, and assisting in account functions as needed.
- Work with other departments in maintaining spreadsheets and other inventory aspects, such as production logs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
