Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Conduct research and compile data as requested
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
