Tribal Tech, LLC is a Native American SBA certified 8(m) woman-owned small business, headquartered in Alexandria, VA. We provide a diverse range of management and technical consulting services in the health/wellness, energy and education realm to federal agencies, state government, Native American/Alaska Native tribes, and private businesses.
Tribal Tech, LLC is in search of a Meeting/Event Coordinator to provide all aspects of logistical support for advisory council meetings, workgroups, and conferences to carry out technical assistance and training support for Native American/Alaska Native grantees.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and logistical support, including onsite support, for national and regional tribal grantee conferences with 200-500 attendees and advisory council meetings with 15-20 attendees.
- Process expense report reimbursements for grantee travel to national and regional conferences (typically for 8-20 travelers) in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations and GSA per diem rates.
- Maintain a calendar of technical assistance/training and other events in collaboration with organizational partners and the federal client.
- Serves as primary point of contact for the website and communities of practice website, including posting content, providing updates, and maintaining current information.
- Support the development and distribution of training materials, including aspects of developing content and marketing the available resources to grantees.
- Provide technical support and assistance to Native American grantees related to a web-based case management system.
- Assist a high-level executive in a fast-paced environment with administrative tasks.
- Practice culturally sensitive principles for all materials, exchanges, and contact with grantees and meeting/conference attendees.

- Extensive working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint is desired.
- Must be able to favorably complete a background investigation.
