Employee Justice Legal Group, PC is a fast-growing, mid-sized Plaintiff Employment law firm located in downtown Los Angeles dedicated to fighting for the rights of employees who have been wronged by their employer. We are seeking a Receptionist for immediate hire. Bilingual in English/Spanish, verbal and written, is required.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact at the firm for current and potential clients.
Hours: 40 Hours; Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Role is 100% in-office
Rate of pay: $19 - $23 per hour
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer all incoming calls while providing excellent customer service.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information, while ensuring confidentiality.
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills, including typing proficiency and computer literacy.
- Additional duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience at a law firm, or similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and legal case management software.
