Role NAME: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
· Collate and distribute mail
· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
· Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Manage customer accounts and perform bookkeeping
Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Email, Onedrive, Teams.
· Well-spoken and responsible
· Conflict resolution: Emotional intelligence, empathy, problem-solving, communication.
· Goals oriented
Preferred:
1. Bilingual English-Spanish
2. Knowledge of Quickbooks app
3. Associate Degree in Business or similar
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
