OnTrack Staffing is seeking an entry level Compliance Admin in Addison, TX. Primary role will be responsible for verifying the employment eligibility of all US temporary personnel following Federal and State guidelines.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Audit I-9 forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements.
- Perform E-Verify process on new-hires and rehires to ensure employment eligibility.
- Log I-9 audit and E-verification results into internal applications to track compliance and identify exceptions.
- Prepare I-9 exception reporting and notify branch personnel of noncompliant I-9s following customer concern procedures.
- Process WOTC 8850 forms and answer any questions to complete the certification process
- Audit employee insurance forms to ensure ACA compliant
- Notify and coach branch management personnel on E-Verify exception requirements and processing.
- Monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolution.
- Assist branch personnel with inquiries regarding validity of I-9 supporting documentation and procedural questions.
- Provide I-9 and E-Verify documentation to internal departments and upload to Applicant Tracking System.
- Find opportunities to streamline business processes and recommend procedural changes.
- Assist with training and onboarding of newly hired I-9 Processors.
- Participate in and support various projects, as requested.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or the equivalent.
- 1+ years’ administrative or related experience preferred
- Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify requirements and high volume, transaction and time-sensitive processing a plus.
- Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications with Advanced Excel functions (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience with ERP systems (preferably Avionte), or equivalent technical aptitude a plus!
- Knowledge of the WOTC 8850 preferred
