Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain all hard copy files for residential and commercial loans, filing new documents and tracking who is in possession of each file
- Work with third party vendors to order and ship files daily
- Retrieve and scan files for loan sales
- Send and notate lien release documents and paid titles
- Check in/out auto titles
- Label new auto and Title1 loans
- Collect, sort and document incoming/outgoing mail and process mail through postage machine
- Fulfill duties of the receptionist on scheduled days and to cover breaks/absences including greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties, supply ordering etc.
- Data entry, research and other administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Able to fulfill assignments while sitting, standing, bending, pushing, reaching, lifting etc.
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience with multi-line phone system
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must take direction well and learn new tasks quickly
- Friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to assist others even in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of general administrative procedures and standard office equipment
