Administration Assistance Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Administration Assistance Duties:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Type and proofread documents as required
- Familiarity with phone systems
Administration Assistance Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
