Specialized Fiduciary Officer I, IRA -
Accountable for managing the IRA RC AOP WIP and complex situations that require a high level of technical expertise and knowledge. Reviews and approves AOP WIP submissions, monitors progress and handles the approval for new accounts. Responsible for coordinating information and activities with external business partners (Attorneys, CPAs, and Fiduciary Accountants, third party vendors, etc.), and with internal support partners (FA’s, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups and Trust Administration, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration, and to manage business risk. May act as a technical resource within the larger group and / or with field based officers. BS/BA is required. Non-licensed associate. Note: This is a senior Trusteed IRA administration position and 5+ years of IRA, retirement, and/or trust experience is preferred.
