Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide assistance
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve any issues they may have
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or escalations in a professional and efficient manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Previous experience with image editing software (photoshop/illustrator) is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
