Job Summary:
As a Call Center Agent/Customer Service in our optometric office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients seeking appointments, information, and assistance.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, addressing inquiries regarding appointments, prescriptions, insurance, and general eye care services.
Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients based on their needs and availability, utilizing the office scheduling system accurately.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information is recorded in the system, including personal details, medical history, insurance information, and appointment schedules.
Listen to patient complaints or concerns empathetically, and strive to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.60 - $26.30 per hour
