Internet requirements – Needs to be cable DSL, or Fiber internet connection
- 50 Mbps Download Speed

- Cannot be AT&T, Verizon, or comparable service
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of call center experience
- Must have the ability to trouble shoot their own tech issues – candidates can get IT help when needed but need candidates to be able to troubleshoot minor issues independently
Position Purpose:
The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customers’ service or complaints by performing activities such as answering questions, issuing new benefit cards, answering questions about their benefits
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of their school lunch benefits
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow schedule adherence
- Independently trouble shoot and resolve minor computer and system issues
