Position Overview:
As a Remote Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming callers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively answer inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate departments for resolution when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
