About the Position:
As a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring every patient receives a high-quality experience from the moment they walk in. This dynamic role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly balancing between task-oriented duties and genuine, compassionate interactions with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional patient care and assistance
- Efficiently managing scheduling and administrative tasks
- Handling insurance inquiries and payments with professionalism
- Serving as a liaison between doctors and patients
- Coordinating clinic health workshops and follow-up appointments
- Building and nurturing a positive clinic culture

Pay and Benefits:
- Training starting pay: $18-20/hour
- Post-training salary: $20-23/hour based on experience and performance
- Full-time position (36-40 hrs/week)

Work Schedule:
- Mondays: 7:15am-12:00pm & 2:30pm-7:45pm
- Tuesdays: 7:15am-12:00pm
- Wednesdays: 7:15am-12:00pm & 2:30pm-7:00pm
- Thursdays: 1:00pm-7:00pm
- Fridays: 7:15am-1:00pm
- Occasional Saturday shifts (1-2x every 4-6 weeks, remote)
- Training seminars requiring travel 1-2 times a year
