Job Description:
Cognix Concepts, a leading marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Receptionist. In this dual role, you will provide administrative support to company executives while also managing front desk duties. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment, and ensuring that office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations for staff and clients.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
