Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to manage our San Antonio Office.
Duties:
- Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling and class procedures and ensure smooth operations
- Perform customer service to clients
- Deliver classroom training to clients (we provide training on this process)
- Assist customers to fit respirators (we provide training on this process)
