Established Law Firm seeks an experienced Office Manager with HR certification to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain office records and ensure filing systems are up to date
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in training and development of office staff
- Coordination of internal and external IT vendor and staff.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in law office management is reuired
- Knowledge of general office management procedures
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Experience with case management, calendaring, and legal billing software
