The Client Executive (Account Manager) position is an opportunity for an individual who is knowledgeable of the healthcare industry, intuitive to customer needs, and understands benefit plan complexities from both an employer, broker, and employee perspective to drive relevant group healthcare change.

Job Description:
- Successfully manage clients day to day on the channel side of the business
- Renew contracts for all assigned channel clients
- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships between our clients, brokers, and carrier relations team.
- Educate our client base (brokers and clients) on the Nonstop Health product.
- Maintain long-term client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, with support from client relations, and client/consumer experience teams
- Demonstrate expertise with both fully-insured and self-funded plan designs.
- Review renewal and marketing (RFP) results and produce client-facing presentations (analytical comparisons).
- Maintain renewal project workflow by successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners (internally and externally)
- Retain and cultivate a profitable book of business by owning the renewal process
- Deliver dynamic educational/informative and persuasive presentations to aid in the quarterly renewal percentage
- Coordinate and complete all renewal and open enrollment tasks (e.g. renewal packets, scheduling meetings and webinars, online/other enrollments, and data exchanges), and accessing resources across teams to meet broker/client needs/deadlines
- Provide timely updates to brokers and clients regarding upcoming initiatives, deadlines, topics of interest, and contracts/renewal packages in collaboration with the client/consumer experience team.
- Provide support and guidance on a variety of healthcare requirements and regulations
- Benefit package customization MED/DEN/VSN and possibly some ancillary plans in collaboration with clients, broker, and/or sales and leadership teams
- Develop, review, update, maintain, and customize multi-year consulting strategies for both self-funded and fully insured options
- Monitor and report results of client-specific performance guarantees to clients, brokers, and leadership/management.
- Work with sales executives, implementation, and leadership to support the development of growth strategies for the channel side.
- Schedule and participate in enrollment meetings to explain benefit coverage and setup/implementation
- Analyze and complete reports, contracts, and paperwork for submission to management and/or applicable teams as required
Requirements:Job Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in medical benefits/health insurance, account management, or broker relationship management
- Licensed with the DOI to sell Accident and Health & Life (required) \*\*
- Group Health Insurance experience
- Third-party administration experience
- Experience developing strong broker and client partnerships
- Current knowledge regarding PPACA, healthcare reform regulations/requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects, particularly benefits renewals
- Must be Covid-19 vaccinated with proof upon employment
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities
- Ability to work on a team, independently, and collaborate remotely
- Experience effectively collaborating with various teams and individuals at every level of an organization
- Excellent presentation, listening skills, and strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and an exceptional commitment to great customer service
- PowerPoint, Google Slides, MS Word, Google Docs, MS Excel, and Google Sheets experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
