**Job Summary:**

Looking gor someone who has a CHST or can obtain one within 6 months of hire, as well someone who holds a OSHA 500 trainer.
Must have a strong knowledge of OCIP.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Lead safety training programs for employees on topics such as EHS, NEC codes, and workers' compensation
- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with management to build a culture of safety awareness and accountability
- Manage safety documentation and records to ensure regulatory compliance
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on safety
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards
- Strong understanding of risk management principles
- Certification in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $125,590.00 - $150,000.00 per year
