Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. The owner, Ali Awad, has a massive social media following ("CEOlawyer" on Instagram) and is very forward-thinking with his firm.
We are seeking a Full-Time Marketing Manager who can handle the following duties:
WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Implement and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels. Including email marketing and physical mailers.
- Traditional media buying.
- Grass roots marketing.
2. Brand Management:
- Safeguard and enhance the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing materials.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. (FB, IG, LinkedIN, Tik-tok, Youtube).
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
4. Content Development:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and impactful content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
5. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with all vendors and internal departments to ensure a unified approach.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies when necessary.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor and optimize expenditures to maximize ROI.
8. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or 4 years exp in marketing agency). Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least three years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Legal industry experience a plus
