Contemporary Implant & Oral Surgery is a patient-oriented oral surgery private practice providing an exceptional oral surgery experience for our patients and a warm, respectful environment for our team members.
We are seeking a talented, friendly, hard-working, and dedicated individual to join our front office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls with professional etiquette to collect needed information
- Schedule patient appointments according to office protocols
- Assist patients with check-in, check-out, and collection of payments efficiently and accurately
- Accurately gather and record patient information in electronic medical records
- Coordinate with referring offices, insurance companies and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- insurance verification, treatment planning, and administrative duties as needed
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Clear, professional communication and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to implement office protocols and verbal skills in communications
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well with other offices and team members
