Barney Fletcher Schools is hiring a customer service representative who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A family-owned and operated business located in Atlanta (and headquartered in Virginia), we provide online, webinar and in-class courses in real estate education including Prelicense, Post, Continuing Education and Broker. Customer service and satisfaction is our top priority.
Position Summary:Provides customer service for all Barney Fletcher Schools products and customers. This includes answering phone, email and online chat inquiries from students; registering students into classes; grading student exams and reporting to the necessary regulatory agency. Maintains student and class data in Real Ed system, performing quality checks to ensure data is accurate and complete.
Position is full time, 8 hours per day, primarily Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours may be required.

Primary Duties:
· Answer phone and email inquiries for all Barney Fletcher Schools products
.Respond to all inquiries and provide customers with solutions to their questions.
· Register customers in classes.
· Pull all materials for classes; track attendance; grade exams and post in RealEd database.
· Close out classes; report credits earned by students to the appropriate state agency.
· Enter classes in RealEd database and perform quality checks to ensure data and all schedules are accurate and complete.
· Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma/some college credits
· 1-3 years’ administrative or customer service experience.
· Real estate industry experience helpful.
· Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
· Excellent listening skills; able to ask clarifying questions and anticipate customer needs.
· Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills used in helping customers and resolving conflicts.
· Good technical skills. Able to learn and use several technologies – Real Ed, Microsoft Office, Base Camp, Live Chat, email, mobile devices and Webex telephone system.
· Successful multitasker; can handle multiple activities and demands at the same time.
· Accurate; pays attention to detail.
· Self-control; remains calm under pressure. Can deal effectively with complaints.
· Strong interpersonal skills; empathetic.
· Team player; able to plan, coordinate and cooperate with others.
· Able to learn and apply new information/knowledge quickly.
