Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as typing, filing, answering phones and emails, data collection, order entry, and organizing documents.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and retrieval, and to organize and manage information, especially spreadsheets.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing office files and documents.
- Support administrative staff in daily tasks as needed.
- Collect and compile data, then enter and update information in databases accurately.
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math for data entry and calculations.
- Strong data collection and organization skills, as well as clerical skills to handle office tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an aptitude for data collection and organization.
- Familiarity with file management systems and basic understanding of administrative procedures.
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as typing and filing accurately.
- Knowledge of databases for information retrieval, including spreadsheets (Excel).
- Experience with order entry processes.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively.
- Must have basic computer skills, take and pass the required skills tests, and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
