The HR Operations Manager is an ambassador for the agency through his/her cultivation efforts in the community working with employees, various clients, families, community leaders, other agencies, and foundations.
Role Overview:
As the HR Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our HR processes and policies. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will drive efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to offboarding.● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.● Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.● Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee performance and development.● Utilize HR data and analytics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.● Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and manage audits and investigations.● Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.● Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.● 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles.● Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.● Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong leadership and team management abilities.● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.● SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
