JOB SUMMARY:
This position you will play a key role in developing relationships with prospective customers. You will provide world class customer service and sales support by evaluating customer’s needs and responding to customers’ requests in a courteous and professional manner. As an Inside Sales Professional you will handle mostly inbound calls, and some outbound, sales-related calls, set up new customer accounts, maintain current customer accounts and document all pertinent interactions in a customer relationship management system.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Answer and manage mostly inbound sales calls (and some outbound sales call).
- Engage customers in conversation to qualify each call, determine sales need and provide information on company products and services following call flow guidelines.
- Complete a phone sale on qualified leads, prepare and send E-Contract to customer and set up service via Best Fit process.
- Attain conversion goals of lead to call and positive action and other performance metrics.
- Sells residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures.
- Create service accounts for new customers.
- Collect payments and apply payment to proper account.
- Schedule inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
- Navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously, entering data in real time, placing orders, searching existing accounts, all while comfortably maintaining a friendly conversation.
- Adopt new products, sales and marketing skills from direct Sales Manager coaching and training.
- Meet or exceed all Minimum Performance Standards and attain Monthly Development Plan goals regularly
- Document all customer calls accurately on customer’s account and forwards to appropriate associate.
- Enter lead information into database (Pest Pac and Velocify) accurately and schedule appointments.
- Assist Call Center Specialist Team with customer service-related inbound callers during high-volume peak calling hours.
- Resolve billing issues, offer resolutions, and apply credits/adjustments when appropriate.
- Develop strong communication with platform branches to continuously improve customer experiences.
- Provide excellent communication and people skills to build trust and create positive customer experiences by placing an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Additional projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Inside Sales/Call Center experience is highly desired.
- Exceptional written/grammar related skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills including articulation, persuasion/sales, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to use a multi-line telephone system, copy/fax machine, scanner, printer, and postage meter.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a pleasant, friendly conversation.
- Ability to calculate basic math.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel) is required.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Velocify and/or PestPac or a similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ability to establish strong internal and external relationships.
- A Positive, outgoing, results oriented, ambitious, team player.
- Ability to successfully pass a seven-year criminal background check & substance abuse screening.
- Bi-lingual is preferred but not required
