Regional Director (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHP-R)
Strategic Therapy Associates is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations in our Southside region. Candidates must be licensed (or licensure-eligible) as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Marriage and Family Therapist with the Virginia Board of Health Professions and have experience working among the populations served.
Strategic is a change oriented, community-based behavioral health provider who has been providing mental health services in Virginia since 1994. We address a variety of problems including abuse, neglect, court-related problems, and other mental health issues. We strive to keep children with their families and avoid the need for out-of-home placement.
Our Regional Directors oversee all programs, facilitating successful outputs, including but not limited to the following areas: lead generation; lead conversation; customer satisfaction; safe operation; effective programming; exceeding program targets; fostering a reputation of excellence; regulatory compliance; positive internal and external relationships; staff supervision and development; managing agency resources; ensuring productivity and profitability of the program; and ensuring successful outputs of all reporting positions.
Position Responsibilities:

Oversee safe, effective and profitable operation of all programs within the region.
- Monitor staff performance, effectiveness and professional development.
- Provide routine and on-going training for staff covering a range of clinical, regulatory, and industry topics.
- Provide services (IIH, Crisis Intervention, Outpatient Therapy, etc).
- Participate in regular clinical development trainings.
- Participate in regular site planning and management meetings.
- Develop on-going positive relationships with community professionals.
- Oversee budget and agency resources for the region.
- Work according to the agency’s policies and procedures and the Rules of Decorum.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Required Skills:

Previous successful experience managing/teaching/coaching /developing/directing people and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with good organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Licensed driver in good standing with state of issuance.
- First Aid, CPR and TOVA certified or ability to obtain.
- Proficient in the use of technology & computers.
