Tate’s Bake Shop is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR team! As an HR Coordinator you will have the opportunity to aid and facilitate all human resource processes, learning various aspects of the HR field. The coordinator will assist with recruitment, maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and provide administrative support to all employees.
What can you expect on the job?
- Assist with recruitment and interview process. Track status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up messages at the end of the recruiting process.
- Submit online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.
- Make photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Support HR leadership in educating employees on and enforcing company policies.
- Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed.
- Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface.
- Support any special projects HR management needs assistance with.
- Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

What should you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year experience in an office or administrative role required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge required.
What will you schedule look like?
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm tentative.
- Flexibility to come in off hours for departmental projects required.
