Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Admin Assistant who will work under the direction of the Director of Operations and Sales Operations Data Analyst and who will be responsible for triaging Salesforce tickets and requests.
Skill / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in declarative development, such as workflow rules, process builder, and flow builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of the Director of Operations and Sales Operations Data Analyst to triage Salesforce tickets and requests.
- Collaborate with and assist the Salesforce Administrator to deliver technical solutions leveraging existing business workflows and Salesforce functionality.
- Resolve existing Salesforce requests by implementing proof-of-concept solutions in the QA environment using Salesforce capabilities.
- Take ownership of new tickets as they enter the queue.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Create new reports and respond to ad hoc reports as needed.
- Design, create, and maintain new fields and declarative automation.
- Perform data migration into Salesforce from other sources, including other Salesforce instances.
- Manage data entry projects, including building Quotes in CPQ.
- Grant, remove, and maintain user licenses.
- Produce supporting documentation when needed.
