Summary-
- Oversee business operations of a busy neuropsychology practice that serves children aged three-early adulthood throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware
- Coordinate and communicate with families, school districts, schools, law firms, and special education advocates from initial contact to completion of comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and independent educational evaluations
- Establish systems using a variety of Google tools to track appointments and acquisition of input required for evaluations
Duties-
- Work with families to schedule office appointments and obtain medical and behavioral health records
- Work with schools to schedule classroom observations and obtain teacher input
- Provide guidance and follow up to all parties throughout the evaluation process
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other legal and professional guidelines for records acquisition and client rights and privacy
- Monitor and order testing materials inventory
Successful candidate will be highly organized while paying great attention to detail. Shift between the big and small picture. Able to communicate with and anticipate the needs of a variety of people, including those with learning and cognitive disabilities and families experiencing distress. Able to work independently and accept feedback. Set limits and boundaries with a smile and compassion. Exercise discretion.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
