Reports To: The Copy and Print Associate (Law Firm Environment) will report to the Office Services Lead.

Job Overview:
This role is based at an SPS Law Firm Account. The Copy and Print Associate processes high volume copying, printing, finishing, and reprographics orders on site. This position fulfills jobs for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and other processing. This position will also troubleshoot equipment and ensure supplies are at satisfactory levels.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
Performs functions on copy machines (including advanced printing/copying software).
Performs maintenance including changing ink cartridges, loading paper, replacing toner waste and/or staple cartridges, and clearing jams.
Operates binding equipment and performing finishing requests (cutting, binding, padding, etc.).
Processes law firm printing requests (both hard copy and electronic), locating printing orders, and preparing orders for shipping.
Familiar with litigation copy work. Uses proficiency in the use of a variety of reproduction-related equipment such as paper, punches, staplers, inserters, folders, paper cutters, spiral binding, velo-binding, stitcher, collaters, counters, GBC machine, and drill press.
Utilizes high-tech equipment to produce high volume color finishes on published documents: including but not limited to, image smoothing, color banding, jpg image adjust.
Performs daily key ops of convenience multi-function devices (ensuring functionality, replenish toner/paper).
Submit work orders for certain requests.
Will perform light maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
Monitors level of office supplies on the floor, and replenishing and orders accordingly.
Helps with routine conference room set ups and general hospitality work throughout the office.
Proactively seeks out additional work during downtime.
Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
Maintains professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees.
Determines what additional support is needed when handling sensitive inquiries.
Provides exceptional customer service to client.
Provides reception or concierge (front of office) coverage as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
2+ years prior work experience in a law firm environment performing general office services work (i.e. Copy/Print, Hospitality, Mail Services)
1+ year work experience in copy and print/reprographics services preferred.
Any experience in hospitality work.
Ability to work assigned work hours determined by manager.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position.
Required to maintain an overall professional appearance and attitude.
Adhere to all policies and procedures required.

Physical Demands:

Approximately 50% of the time this position requires the below physical demands.
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
Ability to lift or move 25 lbs. or greater frequently.
